Driven by a sense of purpose and a desire to make a difference, I built a 28-year career in the Department of Defence, where I held various high-level positions that allowed me to develop skills in change leadership, strategic thinking, governance, performance and conformance, financial management, and human resources. These roles equipped me with the precision, resilience, and strategic insight that form the backbone of Lost Digits today.

Despite my success in the public sector, I felt a calling to make a more direct impact on people’s lives. This led me to the healthcare sector, where I spent ten years as a Critical Care-Specialised Registered Nurse working in intensive care units, emergency departments, and surgical anaesthetics. My hands-on healthcare experience gave me invaluable insights into the operational pressures and financial complexities that many regulated and high-stakes industries face. I saw firsthand the challenges that come with managing costs, maintaining compliance, and navigating resource management in fast-paced environments.
